Why Crave?

"Why Crave?" you may ask.  

Well, instead of continuing to come home disappointed by the overpriced, sub-par food we often get eating out, knowing that we cook better ourselves, and after cooking and catering for dinners, parties, baby showers and weddings, we felt it is time to raise the bar and make our food dreams a reality. 

Crave was birthed out of a passion to give the people, what they crave—great food all served up in a great environment.  We will offer our own take on familiar favorites we all know and love done with our own flavorful twists and special techniques. Our desire is to provide a home away from home, casual yet urban, coffeehouse experience combined with the quality home cooking we all Crave!  Soon, we hope to be known as 'THE place for breakfast and sweets in Atlanta'.

Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day and our personal favorite, and because desserts are our specialty, there's no doubt......

Leap of Faith

Some of you may be thinking, "Starting a restaurant?... that's a big deal!" and others who know us may be thinking "It's about time!"  Either way for us this is an amazing opportunity to pursue our passion for giving people tasty food combined with an opportunity to experience true fellowship and friendship.

This is admittedly a daunting  task, especially, in light of the fact the Rich is his own worst critic when it comes to his food, I am often overly analytical, and my mom is borderline OCD, BUT we are a balanced combination of passionate individuals committed to excellence and the people we will serve.  We are so enthused, eager, excited, elated, and ecstatic about the opportunity to take this Leap of Faith!
